It is never too early to get started. Although football season is over 2 months away getting in shape doesn't happen over night. Here are a couple things you can do that will get you ready for football season.
1) Run - practice and games are at 2:30 and 6 so you want to run during that time
2) Practice hydration - make sure you drink plenty of water BEFORE you do any exercise.
3) Eat healthy - cut back on sodas and greasy food
4) Rest - make sure you get plenty of rest.
5) Read - Do your summer reading so you don't fail and become disqualified to play football.
MS Football starts when school does, all the information here is based on how the program has been run for the previous 3 years. No - we don't have any coaches but we do have the schedule - subject to change. It gives you an idea what to expect.
